With AT&T claiming the HTC One X and T-Mobile claiming the One S, many would think that HTC has just left Sprint hanging. It has just been released, though, that a high-end handset codenamed the HTC Jewel will be making its way to Sprint here in the near future.
While details of the Jewel are still limited, it is known that it’s a large device with a high definition display like the One X. But, because the X is reportedly going to be exclusive to AT&T, the Jewel has to be a distinct piece of hardware.
It was also recently revealed that the Jewel will be one of Sprint’s premiere LTE-capable handsets, but a release date is still unknown for this upcoming phone.
